I believe there are people on the left. Awesome colors! The smaller shoots of water look like figures dressed in white cloaks, all slowly walking away from each other in opposite directions.

Neon! I recognize the colors of a shopping mall anywhere around the world. Beautifully done. You must carry ten batteries for backup Ali! :-)
