I don't know if you saw my answer to your ? on my blog. Yes, I used Picasa for the soft focus. It was easier and quicker for me since Photoshop is still a big frustrating challenge to me yet. GRRRR. But I AM determined to tame the savage beast!
I agree with another poster about your cats. They are soo cute. MROW! I have a "meezer" myself (Siamese).

This image is captivating and compositely very good, taken to the extremes of the frame. Like the before and after of the wrecked car too! It's good to see a sense of humour :) But it still ain't no FORD!

Ferris Wheels are timeless. Very nice black & white.

Pretty nice, looks good in b&w. I think that if you could take a few steps closer so you look up even more the dynamic feeling would increse.
