The interesting thing to notice here is that even without the B&W effect, almost everything in the picture was Black or White already. Hmm, makes you think doesn't it? ;-)

Excellent composition. I agree with ndiginiz...a well thought out and wonderfully executed photo...not everyone can make the ordinary extraordinary!
